On October 16th, 2006, a group of people met at Club Sant Jordi in Lleida to found the institution TARBUT - Lleida Friends of the Hebrew Culture. In this first assembly, of original character, we approved the statutes by which it has to be ruled and the first Board of Directors with the following members:
